Victoria Justice and Ariana Grande Clear Up Feud Rumors
Remember when Victoria Justice and Ariana Grande starred on the Nickelodeon show, “Victorious”? Well, ever since those days there have been rumors that these two ladies do not get along. Between Twitter fights and other nasty arguments, it seemed like these two were never going to see eye-to-eye. That is until now. Justice has been making the media rounds lately for her new show “Eye Candy” and during this time, she has been clearing the air on the rumored feud.
In an interview with E! News Justice said, “I’m really glad that I was actually able to clear up those rumors. Those have been going on for a while, and I kind of had this mindset like, ‘Ignore the haters, I’m not going to feed into this negative nonsense,’ but I think people took my silence as being guilty and actually that wasn’t the truth at all.” Remember, when the series ended, Justice was faced with a lot of criticism as she headed out on a solo tour around the country. Many people assumed that her music efforts were the reason “Victorious” was canceled.
Justice then went on to explain, “I had nothing to do with Victorious not getting picked up again. I have a great relationship with all the Nickelodeon executives and my cast. And the tour not happening had nothing to do with me as well, other people didn’t want to go on tour, it wasn’t just because I went on a solo tour.” However, Justice has made it quite clear that she’s “not best friends” with Grande. This doesn’t mean that they hate each other, though. In fact, Justice said, “So there’s no feud with me and Ariana. She’s doing great with her music and I wish her the best and continued success.”
I wonder if these two would ever perform a duet together in the future? Okay, I’m probably pushing it with that one but I’m so glad to hear that Justice and Grande aren’t fighting anymore. That was exhausting.
