One of the latest fazes to hit Hollywood celebrities is that of the Baby Food Diet. You are probably thinking this can’t seriously mean what I think it means. Yep, it does. Reese Witherspoon has been found munching on jars of baby food. Mushy bananas, mashed sweet potatoes, applesauce and more all make up this newest diet fad. Makes you wonder why Hollywood celebrities are turning to this extreme method of losing weight. Is there something beneficial in these foods that we are missing out on? Reese Witherspoon isn’t the only one to do this diet, though. Many others just like her grab a jar of baby food to help quench their cravings.
You might be asking what would drive someone to eat baby food. Well, baby food doesn’t have any additives. It is loaded with vitamins in their purest form. Since the portions are so small, you don’t have to worry about overeating on the food. It gives you just enough to help you curb your cravings, without flooding your body with calories that it doesn’t need.
