Did Khloe Kardashian Get Butt Implants?
There has been so much talk lately over Kim Kardashian‘s butt, since it has all but been confirmed that she went under the knife to achieve that look, but what about her sister Khloe’s behind? Did she get plastic surgery too to enhance that area? The answer is no. This butt is the result of hard work at the gym. In fact, the 30-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star is a self-described “gym rat”, calling squats her secret weapon.
Actually, just on Tuesday afternoon, Khloe was spotted by the paparazzi in a pair of spandex workout pants, clearly showing that she was on her way to workout. Back in September, she even posted a picture of herself mid-squat at the gym, with the caption, “Because no one ever wrote a song about a small ass. right @gunnarfitness???” She’s obviously working hard for that booty, as she’s a prime example that plastic surgery isn’t always the answer.
According to an interview Khloe’s trainer, Gunnar did with E! News, the Kardashian sister isn’t just sticking to squats, though, to get that rockin’ body. He said, “She’s killing it in the gym. There are no shortcuts.” Khloe doesn’t just work on the bottom half of her body, either. She also makes sure to do plenty of plyometric pushups in her workout routine as well. What’s plyometric pushups, you ask? Gunnar explained, “It’s like doing a jump with your hands. It’s where you are pushing off the bench and landing back on it. It’s a lot more demanding and stressful. It really works your whole body specifically the chest, triceps, and core.”
Of course, though, you can’t get an amazing body without eating nutritious foods. When asked what kinds of food go into Khloe’s diet, Gunnar responded that she tries “to eat food in its closest to natural state as possible.” Hmm. Interesting. If this is what I have to do to have a booty like Khloe, sign me up.
Is Khloe a good example of why plastic surgery isn’t always necessary to achieve the perfect body?
